Helps Service Users & provides appropriate housing/living support plans, acts within the team in the roll as determined by RMBC Code of Practice and General Quality Standards and abides by any and all Housing Benefit Regulations/Health & Safety and to encompass changes in all the above should they occur. Carries out fit for Purpose checks and laundry of soft furnishings, bedding etc. monitors Health and Safety issues and practices. Conduct general maintenance checks, Inspects & tests Emergency Lighting & Fire Alarms. Liaises with external contractors in the maintenance, repair and safety issues of the project.
